Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Carmen Du Preez Trichology Referral Program Terms & Conditions
The Carmen Du Preez Trichology Referral Program is available to existing clients who refer a new client to the clinic.
To be eligible, the referred client must be a new client who has not previously attended Carmen Du Preez Trichology and must complete an initial consultation.
The referral reward will only apply once the referred client has attended and paid for their initial consultation. Referral rewards cannot be claimed for cancelled, rescheduled, unpaid, or unattended appointments.
The referred client must provide the referrer’s name at the time of booking or before attending their first appointment. Referral rewards cannot be applied retrospectively if the referral details are not provided before the appointment.
Referral rewards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer unless agreed by Carmen Du Preez Trichology.
Each eligible referral is subject to verification by Carmen Du Preez Trichology. Carmen Du Preez Trichology reserves the right to decline a referral reward where the referral appears invalid, duplicated, misleading, or inconsistent with the purpose of the program.
Referral rewards are available for genuine client referrals only. The referral program is not intended to operate as a paid advertising, affiliate, commission, or professional referral arrangement.
Clients must not make misleading claims, guarantees, or representations about Carmen Du Preez Trichology, consultation outcomes, or possible results when referring another person.
Participation in the referral program does not guarantee any specific consultation outcome, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or hair growth result.
Carmen Du Preez Trichology may amend, pause, or withdraw the referral program at any time. Any changes will apply from the date they are published or otherwise communicated.
Personal information collected as part of the referral program will be handled in accordance with the Carmen Du Preez Trichology Privacy Policy.
