At Carmen Du Preez Trichology, appointment times are reserved exclusively to ensure each client receives a thorough and personalised consultation.

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling where possible.

This policy is in place to respect the time allocated for your consultation and to allow availability for other clients.

Carmen Du Preez Trichology reserves the right to review future booking availability for repeated late cancellations or missed appointments.
