Cancellation Policy

At Carmen Du Preez Trichology, appointment times are reserved exclusively to ensure each client receives a thorough and personalised consultation.

A $40 deposit is required to secure every appointment and will be credited toward the consultation fee.

You may reschedule your appointment by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled appointment.

If you do not attend your appointment without providing notice, the $40 deposit will be forfeited.

This policy respects the time allocated for your consultation and allows appointment availability to be offered to other clients. Carmen Du Preez Trichology reserves the right to review future booking availability following repeated late cancellations or missed appointments.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
